davids bridal plus size jr brides maid dresses
Jr bridemaids dress davids bridal sizing ?
I was about to place the order for my daughters dress and measuring her for her correct size . Do these dresses actually run by the size chart .. or is there more room in tge dress ( like alot of kids attire )

If you live near a Davids Bridal, I would recomend you going in and having them mesure her.

I took her measurments .. (i make her halloween costume every year so i know that i took them correctly ) . However i do think its best to make the 30 min drive .. because her measurments run from a 12 to 20 at diffferent body measurments ..

They told me that the dresses you try on will run bigger than actual size because everyone else tries on those for size. So keep that in mind. Also depends on how fast junior bridesmaid will grow/develop. My junior bridesmaid is 14 and has a bigger chest than me, so things to think about. (p.s. I went to David's bridal).

This is another big concern shes 10 .. and developing very fast .. and measurments can change with developing bodys fast .. how long dod it take for her dress to come in .. i may have to wait

We just ordered last weekend, they told me it will be in by 1st week in April. We decided to order a size up because it can always be taken in, it can't be let out. The closest david's Bridal is hour and half away from me, so I just suck it up and do it and make a day out of it. Most of the wedding stuff for me is at least an hour away so I try to strategically plan so it's not just a drive up there for 15 mins.

Thank you !! That helps alot on my time line .. i think im going to wait .. yeah davids is 15 mins away from me 30 with traffic (always always traffic) ots hard to find the time ( my girls are in school or at cheer 5 days a week )

My junior bm meassure a size 8, we ordered her a size 12 so she didnt grow out of it. When we got it, it really wasnt as big as I thought it would be on her. Im glad i ordered up a few sizes.
